Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications Install and plumb pneumatic, hydraulic, and hydronic systems from schematics Build and wire control panels, including mounting hardware, wireways, and terminal strips Run conduit, pull, label, and terminate wiring for machines and electrical systems Test machines by verifying inputs/outputs and ensuring all devices and control systems function correctly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with training team members and support additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Technical certificate or equivalent experience (5+ years preferred) Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and BOMs Good knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems Experience with industrial control devices and wiring techniques Familiarity with NEC standards and general computer use Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Basic math skills and ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
