• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision aerospace components Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments Maintain quality standards through in-process and final inspections Work within a cellular manufacturing environment to support efficient workflows Participate in training and skill development programs — opportunities available for motivated learners Qualifications • 2+ years of CNC machining experience (lathes and/or mills) Proven ability to produce tight-tolerance components for aerospace or similar industries Proficiency with Mazatrol programming preferred Experience with Swiss machining considered an asset strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement SkillsCNCQualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
