EDM Machinist Imperial Design - 4.5 Kentwood, MI Job Details Full-time $25 - $32 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Machine setup CNC EDM machine High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The EDM Machinist is responsible for the set-up, and operation of wire cutting equipment, ensuring all required processes are completed and standards are met, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and training of employees, as required. Responsibilities and Duties The Wire EDM Machinist will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and running a wire EDM machine Must be able to utilize measuring instruments such as micrometers, indicators, gage blocks, gage pins and optical measuring equipment Must be a detailed oriented person and possess a working knowledge of the electrical discharge process and proper machine process parameter settings Read and understand blueprints Setup and operate other metal working equipment as needed Qualifications and Skills High School diploma or equivalent TP123
