• , with components ranging from approximately
• 30 to 70 inches in diameter
• . Aerospace machining experience is strongly preferred.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Operate 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling and/or turning machines + Run multiple CNC machines simultaneously when feasible + Machine hard metals including Inconel, Titanium and Stainless Steel + Read and interpret blueprints, operation sheets and CNC programs + Use Fanuc controls to make program offsets and machine adjustments + Load and position large parts and fixtures using hoists + Read tool sheets and set up tooling for production runs + Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges and swing gauges + Operate right-angle heads as required + Apply GD&T principles and maintain tight tolerances measured in thousandths of an inch + Follow quality and safety procedures while meeting production requirements + Support continuous improvement and a team-oriented manufacturing environment + Work overtime as needed •Qualifications•+ Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment + •Aerospace machining experience strongly preferred•+ Experience machining large, complex components preferred + Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling and machine setup + Experience with Fanuc controls, offsets and machine adjustments + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, operation sheets and CNC programs + Strong math and measurement skills + Proficiency with precision measuring equipment + Knowledge of GD&T and tight-tolerance machining + Ability to safely work around large parts, machine platforms and hoisting equipment + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Willingness to work overtime as needed •What We Offer•+ Direct-hire opportunity + 1st shift, Monday-Friday + Work with large, complex precision components + Opportunity to work in a high-precision manufacturing environment + Competitive compensation and benefits + Career growth opportunities •
