•weekly pay Great benefits, paid time off, 401k) match plus an additional 4% The Adecco Permanent Recruitment Team has partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-precision molding components to identify an experienced CNC Machinist with strong milling and turning experience. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist who can independently set up and operate CNC equipment, work with various tool steels and plastics, interpret blueprints and CAD drawings, and consistently produce high-quality components to tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling and turning/lathe equipment to manufacture high-precision molding components. Plan and organize daily machining activities and determine appropriate setups, tooling, fixtures, and workholding. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, setup sheets, and machining specifications. Create and/or modify CNC programs at the machine as needed. Install and adjust cutting tools to produce parts to specified dimensions and tolerances. Calculate and adjust speeds and feeds based on material and machining requirements. Use precision measuring equipment to inspect machined components and verify dimensional accuracy. Work with a variety of tool steels, plastics, and other machining materials . Troubleshoot machining issues and make appropriate adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. Perform preventive maintenance and identify equipment issues requiring repair. Maintain accurate and organized work areas and follow established quality and safety procedures. Work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment. Complete assigned work within established production schedules and deadlines. Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization activities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 3+ years of CNC milling and turning/lathe experience. Strong CNC machine setup experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and machining documentation. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment. Strong understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling, and machining techniques. Experience machining steel and plastics preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Desire to continue learning and developing within a precision manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Journeyman Machinist certification. Experience with Mazak CNC equipment. Experience with Fanuc controls. Experience creating or modifying programs at the machine. Experience machining precision molds, mold components, or tooling. Pay Details:
