This is a great opportunity to work with advanced Swiss-style and Mill/Turn equipment while producing complex components for the aerospace, medical, agriculture, and defense industries. You'll join a stable, team-focused operation that values quality work, initiative, and long-term employee growth. Available Shifts (EST)

A-Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

B-Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 2:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m.

C-Shift:

Friday-Sunday, 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. What You'll Do Operate Swiss-style and Mill/Turn CNC lathes Produce tight-tolerance precision components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T requirements Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Monitor machines and identify tooling, quality, or production concerns Follow established quality procedures and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate clearly during shift handoffs Work closely with setup technicians, quality personnel, and production leadership Equipment Experience That Stands Out Experience with the following or similar equipment is highly valued: Citizen L20 Citizen L32 Citizen M32 Nakamura-Tome JX200 Swiss-style CNC lathes Multi-axis Mill/Turn machines What We're Looking For At least two years of CNC machining or machine operation experience Strong CNC machining background Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions Strong GD&T and shop math skills Experience using precision measurement tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and a team-focused attitude Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Preferred Experience Swiss-style lathe or multi-axis machining experience Aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing experience Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices Experience producing tight-tolerance or complex precision parts Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Life insurance Employee assistance program Professional development opportunities If you're an experienced CNC machinist looking for advanced equipment, stable hours, and long-term growth, apply today with your resume and best phone number.
