We are currently seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators for a leading aerospace manufacturer in Trenton, MI. This company specializes in precision machining, metal fabrication, and welded assemblies and is committed to maintaining high-quality aerospace standards.

Days:
6:00AM-4:30
PM Mid:
12:00PM-10:30
PM Nights:
3:30PM-2:00AM | $1/hr shift premium
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, EDM, and other equipment Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T Verify tooling, machine settings, and material Monitor machines and troubleshoot basic issues Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc. Maintain tight tolerances and accurate production records Follow safety and aerospace quality standards
Experience Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 2+ years of CNC setup and operating experience Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Experience with precision measuring tools Ability to read measurements down to 0.0001" Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc or Haas Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
