Job Description
CNC Machinist III We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist III to independently set up, operate, and optimize CNC lathes and/or multi-axis vertical and horizontal machining centers. This advanced role produces complex, high-precision components while ensuring all work meets blueprint, quality, and production requirements. The CNC Machinist III will troubleshoot machining issues, improve cycle times and repeatability, and collaborate with CNC programmers to refine Mastercam programs. This individual will also help integrate new equipment, develop tooling and workholding solutions, and mentor junior machinists. The position offers a potential career path into CNC programming or manufacturing engineering.
