We expect every employee to: Put Safety and Quality First Focus relentlessly on customer success Take ownership of results Continuously improve systems and processes Work collaboratively across departments Develop themselves and others Deliver with urgency and accountability What You'll Do Operate manual lathes, mills, and specialized machining equipment to produce precision components Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Maintain tight tolerances using precision measuring instruments Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality, speed, and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow Fusion's standard operating procedures Utilize ERP systems for job tracking and production documentation What Success Looks Like Safety & Quality First
