Job Description

CNC Mill Machinist 1st Shift | 4-Day Work Week We're looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our team in a clean, comfortable, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complete machine setups, problem-solving, and producing quality parts while working with modern equipment and a supportive leadership team. Responsibilities Set up and operate 3-axis Haas CNC Mills with Haas Controls Perform fixturing, tooling, work offsets, and tool offsets Prove out programs and make G & M code edits Adjust feeds and speeds to optimize performance Run production while maintaining quality standards to ±.005" Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Perform first article and in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers Operate laser cutting equipment Troubleshoot machine and process issues Maintain equipment and keep a clean, organized workspace Qualifications 2+ years of CNC mill setup and operation experience Experience with Haas Controls preferred Strong blueprint reading skills Ability to edit G & M code at the machine Experience with precision measuring tools Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Reliable attendance and positive attitude Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $87000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
