CNC Mill Machinist 1st Shift | 4-Day Work Week We're looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our team in a clean, comfortable, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complete machine setups, problem-solving, and producing quality parts while working with modern equipment and a supportive leadership team. Responsibilities Set up and operate 3-axis Haas CNC Mills with Haas Controls Perform fixturing, tooling, work offsets, and tool offsets Prove out programs and make G & M code edits Adjust feeds and speeds to optimize performance Run production while maintaining quality standards to ±.005" Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Perform first article and in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers Operate laser cutting equipment Troubleshoot machine and process issues Maintain equipment and keep a clean, organized workspace Qualifications 2+ years of CNC mill setup and operation experience Experience with Haas Controls preferred Strong blueprint reading skills Ability to edit G & M code at the machine Experience with precision measuring tools Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Reliable attendance and positive attitude Why Join Us?
