CNC Machinist Introduction:
Wells Technology Inc. is a growing manufacturing facility specializing in the CNC Machining of precision components for the Defense, Aerospace, Medical, and commercial industries. We are looking to add skilled technicians to our production team. This is a full-time position. First and second shift positions are available. Wages are dependent upon experience and qualifications. While prior machining experience is preferred, it is not required. Wells Technology is willing to train highly motivated employees in house. Machinists may be trained to operate one or more of the following styles of CNC machining equipment: Swiss Turning Lathes, Twin Turret Lathes, 3&5 Axis Mills.

Hour Experienced CNC Set Up Technicians:
$28.00
  • 40.00/Hour Typical daily functions:
  • Perform scheduled daily and weekly maintenance on machines.
  • Change worn tools, and make necessary offsets throughout production.
  • Read and follow blue print specifications and requirements.
  • Complete quality inspections, using a variety of mechanical and automated measuring equipment.
  • Check routinely with supervisor and engineering department for acceptable progress.
  • Completing daily production documentation.
  • Follow requirements for AS 9100 procedures.
  • Draw and/or return tooling and materials from inventory . Qualities we are looking for in an applicant:
  • Competent math skills. Up to 4 and 5 place decimals. Metric to Inch conversions.
  • Detail Oriented, with a strong focus on quality and workmanship.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work station.
  • Confident working with computer software and computer controlled equipment.
  • Interacts with co-workers in a professional and respectful manor.
  • Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and perform pushing, pulling, lifting activities.
