This is a critical role in maintaining production quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing environment to produce precision parts. This detail-oriented machinist will have experience working on ACME and pneumatic machines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary from time to time. Set up and operate ACME and pneumatic machines. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Adjust machine settings for speed, feed and depth of cut based on material and project requirements. Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on ACME and pneumatic machines. Inspect and measure finished components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control. Maintain records of production, machine settings, and inspections. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience operating ACME and pneumatic machines in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T and machining principles. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. $27.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
