Job Description

We are looking for multiple CNC Machinist to join our team in Coon Rapids, MN. ASAP! Positions are filling up fast, apply today before you miss this great opportunity in today's tight market!
CNC Machinist Requirements:
2 -3 + Years of CNC Machining Experience OR 5 + Years of CNC Exp Setup/Startup required Experience with Setups, Offsets, Program Edits + Operation Experience with Mills, Lathes, EDM, Swiss or Multi Axis Equipment required Ability to read blueprints/Drawings, follow work instructions, and use precision measuring tools required Basic to intermediate knowledge of machining, tooling, speeds, and feeds required CNC Machining Degree or Technical Certs preferred SPC, ISO, or Regulated MFG (Medical/Implantable Device, Orthopedic, Aerospace MFG) experience preferred Experience with CMM or vision systems preferred Swiss Machining experience (Mazak, Star, Miyano/Miyazaki, Tsugami, Citizen) is a plus

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
This role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC mills, lathes, EDM, and Swiss machines to manufacture precision medical devices and implants in a tight-tolerance manufacturing facility Responsibilities include machine setups, tool changes, offsets, machine startups, minor program edits, running production, reading blueprints and GD&T, and inspecting parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Additional duties include troubleshooting machining issues, deburring and cleaning parts, monitoring machine performance, supporting preventative maintenance, and maintaining production and quality documentation Work may involve Citizen, Star, Miyano/Miyazaki, and similar CNC milling and Swiss-style machining equipment used to manufacture precision medical components, implants, and sub-assemblies in an ISO-regulated manufacturing facility Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
