We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with Setup experience to join our team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC Vertical Milling machines, making adjustments as needed, and producing quality parts that meet blueprint specifications and customer requirements.What You'll Be Doing:
- Set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines according to work instructions and production requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications.
- Load and unload materials, tooling, and fixtures.
- Set tool offsets and make necessary machine adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain p proper tolerances.
- Perform routine quality checks and document measurements as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
