Full Job Description Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$75,000•$85,000 per year Job Details•Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds. Perform machine offsets and tool changes. Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements. Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators. Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues. Complete first-piece and in-process inspections. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Follow company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Work closely with engineering, quality, and shop leadership to complete jobs accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Previous CNC milling experience. Strong experience performing complete machine setups. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of machining practices, tooling, speeds, feeds, and tolerances. Experience using precision measuring instruments. Ability to work independently and solve machining problems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Mastercam programming experience is a strong plus. Experience working in a precision machining or job shop environment is preferred.
