Job Description
Join a growing precision manufacturing team in Elk River, MN! We're looking for skilled CNC machinists to operate Swiss, lathe, and milling machines in a clean, high-tech environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators who take pride in their craftsmanship and want to grow with a company that values precision, quality, and continuous improvement.
Location:
Elk River, MN Wage:
$18- $28/hr, depending on experience
Hours:
1stShift:
6:00 am- 4:30 pm, Monday
- Thursday, and 6:00 am
- 12:00 pm on Friday (Overtime required) 2nd
Shift:
4:30 pm- 6:30 am, Monday
- Thursday (Friday overtime optional) Benefits of the Swiss machinist: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Profit sharing at the end of each fiscal year Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for advancement and skill development Clean, temperature-controlled work environment Duties of the Swiss machinist: Set up and operate CNC Swiss, lathe, and milling machines to produce precision parts Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools Maintain a clean and organized workstation Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Troubleshoot and correct machine or tooling issues as needed Requirements of the Swiss machinist: Previous CNC machining experience required (Swiss, lathe, or mill) Setup and/or programming experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work overtime as needed
