APT Machining is seeking to hire a full-time, 1st shift CNC machinist. Our 1st shift runs Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4pm; optional overtime on Fridays. Qualified applicant must be able to stand for 10 hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds. Qualified candidate should be capable of meeting quality standards using various measurement tools. Must possess ability to operate various CNC machines. Machine Tools Program or related field Certificate or Diploma Preferred. Applicant should possess ability to accurately read and understand engineering drawings, CNC programs, and work instructions to ensure proper setup requirements. Experience preferred. Machinist should possess a machine-related degree or diploma, or have 5+ years experience.
