Opportunity:
We are looking for a full-time team oriented, career driven CNC Machinist. This position entails setting up machines as well as running daily production.What You'll Be Doing:
- Set-up, run, edit, and perform off-sets of CNC Lathe / Milling machines
- Read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer, Micro-Vu programs
- Complete tool changes
- Maintain production rates
- Maintain a high level of quality
- Collect SPC data to maintain process control
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines to insure consistent machine performance What makes you a great fit:
- Ability to read and interpret prints
- Understanding of GD&T
- Experience using a microscope
- Previous experience with tight tolerances
- Complete required quality inspections
- Can complete documentation on time and as needed
- Experience in set-up and troubleshooting of CNC Lathe / Milling machines
