Opportunity:

We are looking for a full-time team oriented, career driven CNC Machinist. This position entails setting up machines as well as running daily production.

What You'll Be Doing:

Set-up, run, edit, and perform off-sets of CNC Lathe / Milling machines
Read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer, Micro-Vu programs
Complete tool changes
Maintain production rates
Maintain a high level of quality
Collect SPC data to maintain process control
Perform preventative maintenance on machines to insure consistent machine performance What makes you a great fit:
Ability to read and interpret prints
Understanding of GD&T
Experience using a microscope
Previous experience with tight tolerances
Complete required quality inspections
Can complete documentation on time and as needed
Experience in set-up and troubleshooting of CNC Lathe / Milling machines
