CNC MACHINIST/LEAD OPERATOR POSITION AVAILABLE

(full-time) We are bringing in a palletized 5 axis mill next month and we need help programming and setting up our other machines. Primarily 4 axis Doosan Mills, Secondarily our Mazak lathes. Metal Trade Solutions LLC seeks a candidate for CNC Machinist/Lead Operator in our machining and fabrication business in Winsted, MN. Opportunity for semi-skilled, or skilled lead machinist. The Nuts and Bolts:

What we need: Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining. Oversee daily workflow, prioritize jobs, and coordinate production to meet deadlines. Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot, and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Collaborate to improve processes and resolve production challenges. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Design and programming skills in Autodesk Fusion 360 What you bring: Experience with CNC milling machine setup, programming, and operation. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent creative problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. Ability to collaborate with team members effectively. Good communication and organizational skills. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed. seeks a candidate in our machining and fabrication business in Winsted, MN.
