Join our team for an exciting short-term project in Kansas City! We're seeking reliable Operators to support a critical deployment involving freight handling, server rack setup, and inventory management within a dynamic environment. Competitive pay, growth opportunity, and hands-on learning await! Key Tasks & Responsibilities Efficiently load and unload inbound/outbound freight; perform quality checks on parts to ensure accurate documentation and pristine condition. Execute daily inventory cycle counts and manage replenishment orders for critical spare parts. Place server racks on the floor with 100% accuracy using laser measuring devices. Populate racks with electronic components and install cabling according to provided diagrams and schematics. Install rack hardware using a variety of hand, power, and measuring tools. Safely operate material handling equipment, including straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in adherence to 5S standards. Perform frequent physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, and lifting. Requirements & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Self-motivated and able to work independently. 1-3 years of related experience in inventory or data center warehousing. Proficiency with computers; ability to interpret diagrams and schematics. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Understanding of electrical safety, static discharge hazards, and related protocols for working with live equipment. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and stakeholders on-site. Proven ability to build positive working relationships. Critical thinking and analytical skills to make confident, data-driven decisions that meet production goals. How toApply:
