No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Operate Hydromat rotary transfer machines and other production equipment. Load and unload machines and monitor production cycles. Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment. Follow prints, work instructions, inspection procedures, and quality requirements. Make basic machine adjustments and offsets as needed to maintain part quality. Monitor tooling and notify the appropriate personnel when tooling needs to be changed or replaced. Identify and report machining, tooling, or quality issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with machine setups and changeovers as skills develop. Work efficiently to meet production schedules and quality requirements. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
