We're seeking experienced CNC Machinists for a 1st shift opportunity in O'Fallon, MO. This direct hire, full-time role offers top pay up to $38/hr. (based on experience) in a cutting-edge aerospace environment. If you've got solid experience with CNC machines, blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and machine setup, we want to hear from you! Must be able to pass company screening process.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

Bring our projects to life with precision and expertise, interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and CAD design
Perform meticulous measurements and quality checks to ensure perfection
Set up and adjust machinery and collaborate with your teammates to optimize processes and meet project deadlines Requirements for

CNC Machinist:

Proficiency in operating Mazak CNC machines
Strong attention to detail and a knack for quality craftsmanship
Dependable and punctual, with a knack for being on time, every time
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
