You'll own setups and production on Star Swiss CNC equipment, keeping processes dialed in from the first piece to the last. How you'll win Set up and operate Star Swiss CNC machines with confidence. Handle medium to advanced setups and changeovers. Install tooling, update offsets, and make precise program tweaks. Load and run production to manufacturing plans while maintaining takt. Watch tool wear like a hawk and replace tooling as needed. Run first‑piece inspections and submit internal first articles to Quality. Validate every critical feature using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and more.
