CNC Machinist Role:

A minimum of 5 years of professional CNC machining background is necessary. You must possess hands-on experience setting up vertical mills, lathes, or a combination of both. Proficiency in editing and troubleshooting existing programs is a requirement. Familiarity with Mori Seiki lathes or Haas vertical mills is considered a plus. Prior working knowledge of MasterCAM is highly advantageous. Experience in a leadership, training, or supervisory capacity for other machinists is preferred to help mentor our growing team.

Compensation and Perks:

Core Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be the setup and operation of CNC lathes and vertical mills to produce and verify industrial valve parts. You will be responsible for managing daily shop output, refining tooling configurations, and resolving program errors. Help maintain high quality standards by monitoring active machining cycles, performing necessary adjustments, and resolving technical production challenges.
