CNC Machinist Our manufacturing client in the Boscawen, NH area is seeking to hire a CNC Machinist for a full-time, direct hire opportunity on first shift. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist looking to work in a clean, modern manufacturing environment while expanding their skills in CNC programming, quality, and leadership responsibilities. Your qualifications for the CNC Machinist position are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment, including mills and lathes
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and detailed work instructions
- Familiarity with CNC controls and CAD/CAM software preferred
- Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing best practices preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a production environment Benefits you will receive as the

- Set up and operate both manual and CNC machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Create or modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software as needed
- Perform inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Adjust tooling and machining parameters to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve processes
