Job Summary Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled machinist/ Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing precision tools, dies, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex machinery to ensure high-quality production standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Fabricate, assemble, and modify tools, jigs, and fixtures using various machining techniques. Maintain and repair existing tools and dies to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to develop efficient manufacturing solutions. Conduct inspections and measurements to verify dimensions and quality standards. Troubleshoot issues with tools and dies during production runs and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Machinist/ Die Maker or similar role in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints. Skilled in operating machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines. Strong understanding of metallurgy, precision measurement tools, and machining techniques. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred.
