Job Description

CNC Machinist Schedule:
Monday-Friday, First Shift (Early Morning Hours) Sign-On Bonus Available Position Summary Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist responsible for machine setup, programming, operation, and inspection of precision machined components. This role requires strong blueprint reading skills, knowledge of machining principles, and the ability to maintain tight tolerances in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, and machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC machine operations as needed Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Manufacture precision parts, fixtures, and tooling to specification Maintain quality standards, production schedules, and workplace safety requirements Support continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing processes Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience Experience with CNC setup, programming, and operation Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and machining practices Familiarity with G-code programming and CNC controls Experience with precision measuring tools and quality inspection processes CNC certification or technical training preferred Prototyping, lean manufacturing, and setup reduction experience are a plus Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
