We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Machinist / Equipment Maintenance Technician to help set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our manufacturing equipment. Duties Set up and adjust manufacturing and production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment issues. Perform equipment changeovers and assist with production setups. Diagnose mechanical problems and make necessary repairs or adjustments. Work with production and management to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with improving equipment performance and reliability. Qualifications Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with manufacturing or production equipment. Ability to work independently and solve mechanical problems. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems, and helping keep a manufacturing operation running smoothly.
