What You Will Do Leads by example demonstrating clear understanding of proper work methods and procedures with use of tools and equipment Ability to adapt and change duties based on current scope of work needed to be performed Periodically check in on coworkers running production parts and inspect parts, while performing their own production Test Slice and Figure logs for production cutting on saws Perform intricate machining processes to repair parts or rejected parts Assist S5 with the setup of tooling needed for specialty parts May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one's skills Train coworkers on technical and soft skills to be successful Support the cell's continuous improvement and all CORE and EH&S initiatives, including wearing required personal protective equipment Must be able to work hours outside of the normal shift The position will work a schedule of Monday - Thursday (4x10) 6:00am - 4:00pm (6th shift).
