Compensation $22.00 - $40.00 per hour , based on experience, skills, and programming/setup capabilities Shift differential available for 2nd Shift Overtime opportunities What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or machining centers. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T. Perform machine setups, tool changes, and program adjustments. Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges. Inspect parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards. Monitor machine performance and make necessary offsets. Troubleshoot machining issues to maximize quality and productivity. Maintain production documentation and inspection records. Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping. Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements. Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet customer delivery schedules. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience (or equivalent technical training). Experience operating CNC lathes and/or CNC mills. Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings. Experience using precision measuring equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Setup experience. Multi-axis machining experience (3-, 4-, or 5-axis). Programming experience (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, ESPRIT, or similar). Experience machining stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, Inconel, or other exotic materials. Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience. Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems.
