Full-Time Pay:
$24.00 - $32.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Shifts:
First Shift, Second Shift, and Third Shift We're a tight-knit, growing manufacturer specializing in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and valves and we're looking for an Experienced CNC Machinist to set-up and operate our CNC lathes. If you're tired of being just a number in a big shop, and want a place where your voice matters, your skills are valued, and there's real room to grow this is the opportunity for you. We're not a job shop churning through one-offs. We focus on high-quality production, and our Engineers, Machinists, Welders, and Assemblers all work side-by-side to make it happen. You'll see the full lifecycle of what you're building and contribute directly to products that perform in critical applications. What You'll Do Program, set up, and run CNC Lathes with FANUC control Read and interpret part drawings, tolerances, and work instructions Choose the right tooling and feeds/speeds for efficient, accurate machining Maintain, and manage your tools Collaborate with a supportive team across departments Help us continuously improve and grow What You Bring Experience with CNC Lathes Familiarity with G-code, M-code, and CNC programming/editing Ability to read blueprints and measure parts with precision Comfort setting up machines and running close-tolerance parts A team-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute Willingness to learn and grow with us — and help others do the same
