In this role, you'll maintain a variety of machines including CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and conventional machines, ensuring that every component meets our high standards for quality and accuracy. You're position will include oversight of a team of machine operators and supporting our manufacturing business. What you'll do Set up and operate lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality parts. Program CNC machines Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise manufacturing processes. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges for quality control. Maintain tooling and hand tools to ensure optimal performance during machining operations. Build fixtures and tooling to support our machining, assembly and testing processes. Basic qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining processes. Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents related to manufacturing. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with Fanuc controls for CNC machinery operation. Familiarity with conventional machines and older equipment.
