50 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time | B Shift Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a CNC Machinist to join a premier manufacturer in Marion, NY. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, a consistent schedule, and opportunities for advancement across multiple skill levels.

Schedule B Shift:

Monday

• Thursday, 3:30 PM
• 2:00 AM ?? Training on A Shift (Monday
• Friday, 7:00 AM
• 3:30 PM) for the first 4-6 weeks Position Overview In this role, you will operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce PTFE seals in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities will vary depending on your experience level, with opportunities to grow into more advanced machining work. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes and mills following standard work instructions Read and interpret blueprints and precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) Make tooling adjustments and perform basic troubleshooting Set up standard and some non-standard jobs (based on experience) Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment Accurately complete production and labor reports Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (5S standards) Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement teams (HPTs) Report safety concerns, near misses, or injuries promptly Work overtime as needed to meet production demands Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For 1+ year of CNC machining experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Willingness to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift long-term Associate degree in Machining or related field preferred (not required) Why Apply? ?
