Monday

• Thursday, 3:30 PM

AM Training:

4-6 weeks on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM

• 3:30 PM) What You'll Do Operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce precision PTFE components Read and interpret blueprints and part drawings Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) Make offsets, tooling adjustments, and basic troubleshooting Assist with setups (or perform setups based on experience) Complete production documentation accurately Maintain a clean, safe workspace (5S standards) What We're Looking For We are open to multiple experience levels: Option 1•CNC Operator (Entry-Level) 1+ year CNC or manufacturing experience Ability to read basic prints and use measuring tools Option 2•CNC Machinist (Mid-Level) 2-5+ years CNC machining experience Setup experience and troubleshooting skills Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills Additional Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift Nice to Have (Not Required) Associate degree in Machining or related field Experience with tight tolerances or plastics (PTFE) Apply Today Apply in minutes—no long application process.
