A hands-on role at RSA Rochester (Integrity Tool) in Ontario, NY that combines keeping our CNC equipment running with learning the machining trade. You'll maintain machines, finish parts, and grow into CNC operation — a great entry point for someone mechanically inclined who wants a long-term career in precision manufacturing. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on CNC mills, lathes, and shop equipment Deburr, finish, and clean up machined parts to meet quality standards Operate CNC machines and learn set-up under experienced machinists Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to keep machines running Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic — no machining experience required Reliable attendance and eagerness to learn the trade Comfortable using hand and power tools High school diploma or equivalent Interest in growing into a full CNC machinist role You should be proficient in: G-Code CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Machine Setups for Production Runs
