• You will set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and drilling machines. Further you will interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to manufacture precision components In this role you will perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other related equipment Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime and scrap as well as perform preventive maintenance and routine machine care Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support new product introductions and process improvements Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations What makes you great A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required Experience reading and understanding blueprint/mechanical drawings is required Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment operating lathes, mills, and similar equipment preferably in a precision manufacturing environment.
