We are a high-precision aerospace, defense, and optical manufacturing company with over 43 years in business. We are looking for dependable machinist who want stable work, modern equipment, overtime opportunities, and room to grow. Whether you are an experienced operator looking to advance into setup work or a highly skilled setup machinist, we would like to talk with you. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Learn more about the ITAR Here. Responsibilities Set up and operate mills, lathes, and multi-axis mill-turn machines. Load fixtures and materials per router instructions. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, and other measuring equipment. Monitor dimensions and make offsets as needed. Complete production and inspection documentation. Maintain coolant and machine operating levels. Work with supervisors and quality personnel to maintain part quality. Qualifications CNC Machining experience in turning and/or milling. Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T. Experience with precision measuring equipment. Experience machining aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and plastics. Setup experience preferred but not required. Multi-axis machining experience is a plus. Aerospace, defense, or optical experience is a plus. Experience with DMG Mori equipment and/or Fanuc controls is a strong bonus.
