We're growing our team of Precision CNC Machinists across 1st and 2nd shift. Expect weekly pay, strong benefits, and room to advance. Role Snapshot Set up and operate: multi‑axis mill‑turns, vertical and horizontal mills. Load fixtures and material per job router; run part‑specific ops. Measure critical features with hand metrology to confirm conformance. Document production, in‑process quality checks, and scrap on the router daily. Maintain coolant and oil levels for reliable performance. Seek supervisor assistance when machines alarm or dimensions exceed limits. What You'll Tackle High‑precision work supporting optical assemblies and components. Frequent changeovers and first‑article verifications.
Work across materials:
Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, Plastics. What You Bring Experience in CNC turning or milling environments. Fluency in GD&T and print interpretation. Skill with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and related tools. Optical manufacturing experience preferred, not required. Proficiencies
