AssociateResponsibilities Machine Setup & Operation:

Set up and operate 3/4/5-axis CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, securing workpieces, installing tooling, and loading programs into controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Mazak).

Blueprint Reading & Specs:

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, process sheets, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) callouts to guide the machining process.

Troubleshooting & Adjustments:

Adjust speeds, feeds, tool offsets, and program codes (G-code / M-code) to correct deviations, resolve tool wear issues, and maintain component precision.

Quality Inspection:

Perform first-piece, in-process, and final dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, dial indicators, and CMM equipment.

Deburring & Finishing:

Clean, deburr, and finish machined parts to specifications prior to sending them to subsequent departments or final inspection.

Maintenance & Cleanliness:

Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery, monitor coolant levels, clean chips, and maintain a safe, organized shop floor following 5S principles.

Documentation & Yield Logging:

Maintain accurate production logs, labor tracking, and non-conformance reports within the company ERP system.
