We are hiring CNC Setup Machinists (milling machines) who can independently set up and run precision aircraft parts from print to first article. This is not an operator-level role. Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3, 4 and 5 axis) Perform full machine setup sheets and process documentations Select tooling, set offsets, and establish proven production runs Prove out programs and make adjustments to achieve first-article approval Inspect first article and perform in-process inspection using precision tools Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements Organize upcoming jobs during machine cycles to reduce downtime Set up additional machines as time allows Maintain machines (coolant, oil, basic upkeep) and keep a clean work area Health Insurance, which includes vision and dental offered. $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
