Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with excellent benefits? We're looking for a skilled machinist to join our team and help produce high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience setting up and operating CNC mills, CNC lathes, or both.

Salary:

$27.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 1st Shift What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes. Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to maintain quality and production efficiency. Assist with training and mentoring other machinists as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What We're Looking For 5+ years of CNC machining experience. Experience setting up and operating CNC mills, CNC lathes, or both. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge. Proficiency using precision measuring equipment. Mechanical troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail. Previous lead or mentoring experience is a plus. High school diploma or GED preferred.
