CNC Machinist Operator $23

• 32/hour | Shift Differentials Available We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist Operator to join a growing, collaborative team in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for a skilled machinist who enjoys precision work in a job shop setting , where quality and craftsmanship matter more than production volume. What You'll Do In this role, you'll operate and support CNC machining equipment to manufacture high-quality parts that meet exact customer specifications and strict tolerances. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or grinders to produce precision parts Perform full machine setups, tooling changes, and changeovers Edit programs using G & M codes Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools Maintain tight tolerances of ±0.001 inches Work in a job shop environment where parts may take days to complete, not high-volume production Required Qualifications (Must Haves) 3-6 years of hands-on CNC machining experience Strong experience with machine setup and tooling changes Ability to edit programs using G & M codes Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Ability to read and interpret blueprints Job shop experience (custom or low-volume machining) Proven ability to hold tight tolerances (±0.001") Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves) Experience with MasterCAM and/or SolidWorks Ability to operate both CNC mills and lathes Familiarity with GD&T Experience with drill presses, grinders, and press brakes Strong mechanical aptitude Programming experience Shifts & Pay Differentials 1st
