We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team on our afternoon shift . This is a production-focused position for an experienced machinist who takes pride in quality work, works well with others, and is looking for a stable position in a positive, respectful work environment . What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job instructions Make machine offsets and adjustments as needed to maintain part quality Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment Monitor production runs and maintain consistent quality and productivity Troubleshoot basic machining and production issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow established safety and quality procedures Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and customer requirements Qualifications Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience required Strong production machining experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficient with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges Ability to make machine adjustments and offsets Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently while also being a team player Previous experience in a high-production manufacturing environment preferred What We Offer Afternoon shift Stable, full-time employment Positive, team-oriented work environment Family-owned company where employees are valued and respected Opportunity to use your experience and skills in a hands-on production setting Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work and opportunities for long-term employment
