Full-Time Position Overview:
We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team in a precision machining environment focused on quality over volume. This role involves setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce custom and small-batch components. We are open to experienced machinists as well as recent graduates from technical programs who are eager to learn and grow within our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision machined components Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand part specifications Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials Adjust machine settings to optimize performance while maintaining quality standards Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Ensure all parts meet required tolerances and specifications Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications:
Experience operating CNC machines preferred (lathe and/or mill) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Willingness to learn and be trained in company-specific processes Recent graduates from technical or machining programs are encouraged to apply
