PM Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (Lathes/Mills) to produce parts per work orders and drawings. Load parts, cycle machines, monitor operations, and identify equipment/tooling issues. Inspect, measure, deburr, polish, and package finished parts according to specifications. Complete production paperwork and maintain a clean, safe workspace following 5S principles. Meet production, quality, and delivery targets while minimizing scrap.

Qualifications:

1+ year of manufacturing experience; 6+ months CNC experience preferred . Strong mechanical aptitude, basic/intermediate math and computer skills. Ability to follow instructions, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attendance, safety awareness, and attention to quality.
