We are committed to innovation, precision, and quality in every product we create. Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and set up CNC machines using Fanuc controls, including lathes and milling machines, to produce precision metal components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will drive the success of our manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machining tools and contribute to high-quality product development. Responsibilities Operate, set up, and program CNC machining equipment such as lathes and milling machines using G-code and M-code programming languages Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately to ensure precise manufacturing of parts Perform machine calibration, tool changes, and adjustments to optimize machining operations Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement instruments like micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges to verify part specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper machine maintenance procedures Assist in manual machining tasks when necessary using hand tools, grinders, power tools, and manual lathes Collaborate with engineering teams on CAD (Computer-Aided Design) models created in SolidWorks or other CAD software for accurate part fabrication Requirements Proven experience operating CNC machinery including CNC lathe and CNC milling machines Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code Proficiency in reading mechanical blueprints and understanding GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards Familiarity with CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software for programming CNC machines Mechanical aptitude with experience in machining tools, grinders, bore gauges, calipers, micrometers, and measurement techniques for quality control Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and perform precision measurements in machining processes Basic math skills necessary for calculations related to machining dimensions and tolerances Experience with manual machining techniques using hand tools and power tools is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance during manufacturing processes Join our team at Reichard Industries where your skills will directly impact the production of high-quality heavy equipment. Up to $30.00 per hour
