CNC Machinist Role:

At least two years of hands-on experience running large-scale lathes and Boring Mill equipment. Demonstrate a solid grasp of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles. Possess the technical proficiency to accurately interpret complex blueprints.

Compensation and Perks:

Your Core Duties:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive expertise in CNC machine functions, encompassing setup, programming, routine maintenance, and daily operation. You will be expected to troubleshoot minor mechanical problems related to equipment or fixtures. Furthermore, you will apply shop math to determine optimal feeds and speeds for various materials and perform necessary metric conversions. You will also be responsible for ensuring parts meet strict surface finish standards and precise tolerances, while utilizing basic computer skills for file management tasks.

Required Proficiencies:

Expertise in GD&T standards. Knowledge of CNC tooling applications. Ability to perform CNC machine setups and changeovers efficiently.

Equipment and Systems:

Operation of 3-4 axis VMC CNC Mills, including Dmg Mori Seiki and Doosan models. Operation of 5+ axis VMC CNC Mills, specifically Dmg Mori Seiki units.
