Elliott Tool Technologies is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team. Whether your expertise is in traditional lathe turning, EDM (wire/ram), or OD grinding, this is an opportunity to apply your craft to precision components used across critical industries like aerospace and automotive. In this role, your attention to detail and problem-solving ability will directly impact our customers' success.

Your Responsibilities:

As a CNC Machinist, you will: Set up and operate precision machining equipment including Okuma lathes, Mitsubishi EDM wire machines, or OD grinding equipment. Interpret blueprints, CAD files, and engineering drawings to plan machining sequences. Manufacture high-precision components to exact tolerances and surface finishes. Inspect parts using micrometers, optical comparators, and other precision measuring tools. Troubleshoot machining issues to maintain quality and production flow. Collaborate with team members to ensure on-time delivery of critical components. Cross-train across machining areas to expand your skillset and support team flexibility.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you need: A high school diploma or equivalent (vocational training or apprenticeship preferred). 2+ years of experience in precision machining. Hands-on expertise in at least one area: traditional lathe, EDM wire, or OD grinding. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. A team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accountability.
