We are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our team on 1st shift. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity for a skilled professional looking for long-term employment with a growing operation. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC machining experience, with at least 1 year experience working with Haas and Okuma equipment , and have hands-on experience using Fusion software . Candidate must pass a drug screen and will be subject to a background check for consideration of this position. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machining equipment. Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Fusion . Operate and work with Haas and Okuma machines . Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machining specifications. Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments. Maintain quality standards and production requirements. Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Previous professional experience as a Machinist/CNC Machinist . Experience with Fusion software is a must. At least 1 year Hands-on experience with Haas and Okuma machines is a must. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of CNC machining, tooling, feeds, speeds, and offsets. Ability to use precision measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
